Shopping Center Assistant


The position of the Shopping Center Assistant is employed as an assistant to the Director of the Center, managing general office and administrative activities.

Main duties

  • Assisting the Director of the Shopping Center in the supervision of the activities connected with its management
  • Managing, controlling and optimizing the budget, and preparing the final accounting of annual expenses
  • Preparing orders and offers, checking shipping bills and payments
  • Compiling periodical reports (monthly, weekly, special reports) with the support of the company's main office
  • Collaborating in the management and promotion of exhibition spaces in the gallery, supervising contracts and verifying the correct processing of payments
  • Assisting and collaborating with the team members to achieve the corporate goals set


  • Degree in economic subjects (three or five year) or high school diploma
  • Previous experience in the sector will be preferred
  • Good organizational capabilities and attention to details
  • Ability to work in a group, relational skills, problem solving skills, flexibility and proactivity
  • Excellent knowledge of the main IT tools (Office package including Excel and Power Point, Internet, Electronic mail)
  • Knowledge of English (written and spoken) is desirable and will be preferred
  • Job site: Brescia
  • Willingness to relocate
