Strategy, People, Results: the Promos Half Yearly Meeting

Over 30 team members – including heads of department, deputy managers, and center managers – gathered at our headquarters for the traditional Promos half yearly meeting, a key occasion to share strategies, review results, and align on our future vision.

During the meeting, the achievements of the first half of the year were presented, center performances were analyzed, and the strategic priorities for the upcoming months were outlined. It was a valuable opportunity to strengthen alignment across teams and reinforce a shared direction toward company goals.

Among the day’s highlights were the contributions of President Carlo Maffioli and CEOs Filippo and Tomaso Maffioli, who shared their outlook on the company’s future and emphasized the importance of human capital as a key driver of sustainable growth.

The day concluded with an informal dinner in the garden of our headquarters, surrounded by the warm light of the summer sunset – a special moment to celebrate the results achieved in the first half of 2025 and strengthen team bonds.
