From dining to experience: Food as driver of visit.

During March and April, some of our centers will host Matteo Canzi, winner of the fifteenth edition of MasterChef Italia, for book signing events and Meet & Greet sessions dedicated to his book “Il Gusto del Perché.”

This initiative clearly reflects how, at Promos, we interpret the role of food: not just dining, but a true driver of footfall, increasingly capable of transforming “fashion” destinations into spaces for entertainment, social interaction, and engagement.

We have long been working in this direction through investments in the development of food courts, as well as formats and experiences designed to create engagement, attract visitors, and enhance synergies across the different areas of our centers.

This initiative also represents a concrete example of cross-center activity: a structured approach involving the assets of the Promos network, with the aim of activating centers in a coordinated way, developing partnerships, and capturing cross-business opportunities.
