For Promos, food service is far more than an added amenity: it is a strategic asset that generates experience, innovation and long-term value. This is why the food segment has been at the core of our development strategy for years.
Today, food accounts for around 12% of Promos’ turnover (over €70 million) and continues to expand thanks to a solid and increasingly structured direct management model: more than 80 restaurants and cafés under management, 4 food courts already completed, and 3 additional projects in the pipeline, including new investments and major redevelopment initiatives.
This trajectory confirms the role of food service as a key driver for the future of outlet destinations and the revitalisation of shopping centres, enhancing the visitor experience and reinforcing the centrality of retail environments.
In his interview with Pambianconews Wine&Food, CEO Filippo Maffioli outlines upcoming projects and the new openings scheduled for the next months.
