Brenner Outlet: Press Conference for the New Food Court

On November 12th, in Bolzano, our CEO Filippo Maffioli officially announced the completion of the new Food Court at Brenner Outlet, in the presence of:

• Marco Galateo, Vice President of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano – South Tyrol
• Martin Alber, Mayor of Brennero
• Heike L. Martin, Senior Director, Head of Investments DACH & NL – Invesco Real Estate

After 18 months of work and an investment of €10 million, the project strengthens Brenner Outlet as a key destination for travelers along the Italy–Austria route and for local communities.

The bright and welcoming space features a year-round square and offers a unique culinary experience, with brands appearing for the first time in the region, enhancing the local gastronomic offering and making the center even more attractive.
