
Yesterday, June 17, 2025, the Promos headquarters hosted the second of three annual “Promos Marketing Days” events, a strategic and training program dedicated to the marketing departments of our centers. This key initiative is designed to consolidate a unified vision, share expertise, and strengthen the spirit of a large, high-performing team.
A Morning of Vision and Strategic Alignment
The day began with an address from our CEOs, who outlined the high-level corporate vision and strategic objectives. This moment provided an essential framework for the subsequent marketing meeting, during which the teams discussed performance, shared operational best practices, and defined guidelines for upcoming challenges. The primary goal is to operate in a synergistic and integrated manner, maximizing the impact of every initiative.
Cultural Team Building: New Perspectives from the Art of Joel Meyerowitz
We believe that professional growth is also fueled by external stimuli. For this reason, at the end of the work session, we organized a unique team-building experience: a guided tour of the exhibition of world-renowned photographer Joel Meyerowitz at the Santa Giulia Museum in Brescia. Observing his ability to capture light, detail, and perspective served as a metaphor for our own work: knowing how to seize opportunities, read the context with a fresh eye, and communicate with impact.
