DEVELOPMENT PROJECT.
Phase 1 of the Area Commerciale Valmontone has already been completed and represents the first stage of the project’s implementation, featuring two major retailers:
McDonald’s, opening at the end of 2025
Eurospin, opening within 2026
Phase 2 involves the development of new retail space totalling a further 12,600 square metres, with the aim of completing and further enhancing the Area’s offering.
